Service Description

Making yourself a priority can be difficult to do with the busy lives we lead. Making needed changes takes time, and in this program, you will greatly improve your mind, body and spirit. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. During 6 one-hour sessions over the course of 3 months, we will discuss your progress and recommendations. Also includes a variety of handouts, recipes, and email support, and a journal for thoughts, visions, actions and accomplishments. This 6-month program also includes a choice of an inspirational book from Mary Ann's Book List.
